Welcome to BC Fitness.
 
My name is Ben Coles and I have been working within the fitness industry for the last 12 years. I have developed my passion for fitness through these years and have gained a range of qualifications and skills. I offer 1-1 online coaching and run my 1-1 personal training sessions at Horizon leisure centres in Waterlooville.
 
I specialise in helping busy people drop body fat, build muscle, and get fitter and healthier whilst maintaining a social life!
I have worked with hundreds of people who have struggled to prioritise exercise over the years meaning they hadn't been able to achieve their dream physique. I was able to help them structure their training and nutrition and show them exactly what they needed to do to achieve their goals.
