About me


My name is Ben Coles and I am a fully qualified personal trainer in Waterlooville, Havant and the surrounding areas. I have been working within the fitness industry for the last 10 years. 


I have a passion for fitness and have had great success with my clients who work very hard to achieve their goals. I have worked with a lot of clients who have had goals of weight loss, decreasing body fat and increasing muscle mass. Head over to my testimonial page to see my client's reviews.


I have a range of specialist areas that I work in. I have specifically worked with a lot of clients with medical conditions and injuries working closely with the NHS, local GP's and physiotherapists through an exercise referral scheme. If you're suffering from an injury or illness don't let this set you back, with my expertise your goals can still be reached.


Alongside your personal training sessions, you will constantly receive support and guidance, I will adjust your training programmes along the way and help to educate you on nutrition and training. I will do my very best to help you achieve your goals, whether it be to lose weight for a wedding or gain muscle for a holiday. I have worked with many clients over the years and have achieved some great results with my clients many of them still train with me now.
