My name is Ben, I have a decade of experience in personal training and online coaching. I specialise in helping busy men and women completely reinvent themselves by dropping fat, building muscle and becoming the most confident version of themselves.

I take a very realistic approach to training and understand not everyone can dedicate hours and hours to the gym each week. My goal is to help people achieve the results they want without giving up their lives. I want to show people that you can still eat out, you can still enjoy a few drinks at the weekend and that you don’t need to spend hours in the gym each week!

I too am an extremely busy person so I am in the exact same situation my clients are in. I have a busy business and I also want to have a good balance of social life and fitness.

Rather than telling my clients what to do I work alongside them, our goals tend to align well with each other and this is how we achieve their goals.
