My name is Ben Coles. When you visit my website you're trusting me to look after your data, and I take this very seriously. I will never sell, trade or rent your data to other companies so they can use them for marketing. This privacy policy will contain everything you need to know about your data and what it will be used for. I will use a minimal amount of data. This privacy policy applies to this website and all products and services offered by myself, Ben Coles.

How we get personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• You're enquiring about one of the services listed on my website

• You have signed up to my mailing list

• You've booked onto one of my classes

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Analytics - Used to track the traffic on the website.

• Website cookies

I will use the information that you have provided through the following.

• Contact form

• Personal training request form

• Online coaching request form

• Mailing list

• Class booking form

• Site member

If you're under the age of 18 please ensure you have permission from a parent or guardian, you will be required to disclose your age on the forms. Your data will be protected throughout.

I will be in contact with you, the way I contact you will depend on which contact details you have provided.

This data will not be shared and only accessed by myself to contact you.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored through the contact forms on my website. I use 'Wix Contact Forms' and 'Google Forms'.

I will keep this information stored until I contact you regarding your request. I will then dispose of your information by securely removing it from either 'Wix Contact Form' or 'Google Forms'. If you have any questions regarding these please don't hesitate to get in touch. 

There are also social media accounts connected to my website, to access the links to my social media accounts you may be required to sign in or sign up to these. You may be directed to another webpage to fill in your details for my class medical form, this is a secure and safe way of collecting the information necessary. Your details will be stored through the Wix booking system to secure your place for my class, you may receive emails from myself for any details about my classes. You may be required to make payment through my website for services such as fitness classes, this is a secure and safe way of paying for my class. I use 'Stripe' to take payment for my classes which is integrated through my Wix website. I will not use any of your details for anything else, you're in control of payment for any of my services. Your data will also be stored through the member's area and the 'Wix Spaces' app, through this app you can book classes and amend your bookings. Your personal details such as your mobile number and email will not be shared. Your username will be shared with the other members in the group, you do have the option to make your account private so this is not visible, this is down to you to do and is clearly stated in the wix app. 
 

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

If there is a breach of your personal data, you will be contacted by myself within 72 hours on procedures to follow to protect your data. It is down to you to follow the procedures I have put in place.
